Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is in transit to your address. During peak times and holidays, processing times may extend to 9+ business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times depend on your location and are based on the carrier’s transit time after your order has been dispatched.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

If our system detects address issues, we will email you within 3 business days for verification. Failure to respond within this time may result in order cancellation.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@microclenz.com, and we will assist you. Additionally, we recommend filing a claim directly with the courier company, as they have dedicated processes for handling such issues.
Please note that microclenz.com is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are handed over to the courier. In some cases, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation. If the package cannot be located, we also recommend filing a police report.
